BB's Bowling Alley - Open in the afternoons and evenings 7 days a week, BB's bowling alley has bowling, an arcade, and great concessions! It is the perfect way to spend a rainy or too hot afternoon when being outside just isn't in the cards!
Pioneer Memorial Library - Open Monday - Saturday at 9AM, our Library is somewhere to stop for all of your book loving kiddos! Our Library also has storytime on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:45. Check the Library website and Facebook page for other activities throughout the year!
Fredericksburg Trade Days - The 3rd weekend of every month, Fredericksburg Trade Days has something for everyone in the family! Great shopping, yummy food, and live music makes this a fun, low key activity for every age!
Das Peach Haus - Das Peach Haus doesn't at first glance seem like a kid's paradise, but we disagree! Between peach ice cream and the most picturesque picnic spot, this is absolutely a family friendly place!
The Yellow Door - The Yellow door is the best place in town for your budding artist! Check their website for painting parties! There are also workshops during Spring Break and during the summer! Age ranges vary by event, but most are for ages 5+.
Fredericksburg Theater Company - While not all of the productions are right for kiddos, a large majority are very family friendly! Check their website for up to date show times and ticket information!
Luckenbach - Luckenbach is absolutely family friendly! Check their website calendar to find activites, concerts, and festivals perfect for your family!!
Texas Wine Country Jellystone Park - Jellystone Park is the epitome of family friendly fun! We highly recommend it as a place to stay for families, but if you want to buy a day pass, that is an option too! For $19.95 each, you can have access to swimming, splash pad, game room, mini golf, an arcade, and sooo much more! Check out their online calendar for other activities as well!
Jenske Orchards Pick Your Own - Open seasonally, Jenske has one of the best pick your own farms around! From fruits and flowers to a corn maze and a pumpkin patch, Jeske is a go to from late spring through mid fall! Check their website for dates, extra information, and reservations!
Harvest Hill Farm Market Pick Your Own - Harvest Hill Farm Market also offers pick your own options with fruit, vegetables, and flowers! Again, they are only open seasonally, so check their website for details!
Enchanted Fredericksburg Ranch - With free glassblowing demos, a pollinator garden to enjoy a picnic, an art gallery featuring artists from Fredericksburg and beyond, and "Taste of the Glassblowing Hot Shop" for kids and adults 8 and older this is a must stop while you are in Fredericksburg!
